Hi Chris. I hadn't heard about this book until you mentioned it, but I have ordered a copy here in the UK. Hopefully it will be here in the next week or so. I'll let you and the usual suspects know how it stacks up. The reviews seem positive, so I am looking forward to travelling back to the 'twenties' in San Francisco.
